Erica Bruce
Office Manager
Erica Bruce, Lou Plastic Surgery's office manager, and patient coordinator have approximately 14 years in the aesthetic surgery industry, having graduated as a certified medical assistant and beginning her career in the industry in 2006. Erica meets with each of our patients during their initial consultation to help guide them through the treatment process. From what to expect during the procedure to post-operative care, her excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure a smooth process. Erica helps with surgery scheduling and insurance pre-qualification. She is knowledgeable about many procedures and services, including laser treatments and injectables.
Allie Fisher
Esthetician
Allie is an Esthetician and graduate of Aveda Institute with a passion for cutting-edge skin care and laser treatments. She is a seasoned Esthetician with an extensive background in medical aesthetics and even has experience conducting clinical research studies. Allie is dedicated to making her patients feel comfortable while achieving their skin care goals. In her free time, you can find her at the animal shelter or spending time with her Chihuahua named Milli.
Simone Hopes
Physician Assistant
Simone Hopes is a native North Houstonian who was always active in sports and Science. After receiving a full basketball scholarship to Tennessee State University and graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry she began pursuing a medical career.
She moved to Maryland shortly after graduating to start a new journey at the University of Maryland Baltimore Collaborative Physician Assistant (PA) program, where she was the Class President. With a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies, Simone has been in the medical field over 6 years with her most recent experience as a Surgical PA specializing in General and Plastic Surgery.
Currently, Simone is a healthcare consultant specializing in surgical centers, med spa startups and personalized injectable training. In addition, she is a Physician Assistant, mentor, and healthcare advocate. With over 6+ years of experience in the medical industry, Simone began her journey as a Certified Cosmetic Injector and owner of her own cosmetic consulting company. From surgery to skincare she is a well versed clinician, Simone stays up to date of all the latest beauty trends which allows her to achieve optimal results for all of her clients.
Rainey Trahan
Front Office Coordinator
Rainey is the front office coordinator at Lou Plastic Surgery. As a patient, Rainey will be your first point of contact and will help guide you from initial consultation to post-op follow-up appointments and everything in between. In her free time, Rainey enjoys trying new restaurants and watching college football.

Our state-of-the-art facility is located in Northwest Houston, convenient to patients in Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land, and the surrounding areas. As you walk into our well-appointed reception area, you will be greeted by an enthusiastic and educated staff member who will help you complete any necessary paperwork. While you await your scheduled appointment, help yourself to coffee and enjoy our large-screen television. You will be promptly led back to one of our confidential and comfortable consultation rooms where you will meet with Dr. Lou to discuss your ultimate aesthetic goals. Should you choose a nonsurgical procedure, our experienced staff will take you to our minor procedures room for this treatment. Ever safety-conscious, Dr. Lou performs all surgical procedures at nearby, accredited hospital operating rooms.
